I had a few moments this morning after our first group yoga practice to get some self portraits! So far I'm speechless regarding this property. The owners and creators are magical, there are lemons, oranges & avocados growing everywhere. There are caves, pools, mountains & abundant spring water flowing throughout the entire center.
Molino Del Rey is built with love and seeps through every plant, stone and crevice - it gets into your mind and you leave changed, higher, free.
....i just returned back from Molino del Rey where I led two back to back yoga retreats with different groups. This place is magical! The food is fresh and delicious, the yoga room light and spacious, the massage treatments are sublime.
