Molino del Rey retreat is perfectly situated for Hiking in Spain. Our yoga retreat and wellness center is situated in stunning Andalucia in Southern Spain, set in scenic mountains just 50 minutes inland from Malaga airport and the Costa del Sol coast.

Molino del Rey is set in the hamlet of Jorox, near Alozaina in the Sierra de Las Nieves nature reserve, which includes Ronda and the Ronda mountains. So there are numerous hiking routes and popular walks practically on your doorstep. Also within Sierra de La Nieves natural park are the Marbella mountains which include the popular Refugio de Juanar walk and the hike to the top of La Concha peak offering beautiful views down to Marbella, Puerto Banus and the Costa del Sol coast. Another popular trekking location is the”Montes de Malaga” national park (Mountains of Malaga), just 60 minutes away. As you can see there are an abundance of beautiful walks and scenic hiking routes on offer!

Due to its location, Molino del Rey is arguably the best place to stay on the Costa del Sol for walkers and hikers, within 30 minutes you can be walking or hiking in mountains higher than Ben Nevis and Snowdon!
