Molino del Rey is much more than just a yoga retreat though. In addition to offering a wide range of yoga and other courses, our retreat is very well known for its massages treatments, very popular for hiking and hill walking, and is an idyllic setting for an inspirational painting holiday. Our yoga retreat is in a typical little Spanish hamlet, surrounded by the traditional and simple Spanish country way of life. There are around 30 houses & a bar, but no shops, banks etc. We are in a gorgeous green valley, flanked by orange groves, in the famous nature reserve “Sierra de las Nieves”. Only 50 minutes from Malaga airport & popular tourist resorts of the Costa del Sol i.e Marbella & Puerto Banus etc.. Just 38 km on our road to the magical city of Ronda, a very popular excursion for our guests!
A spring of the river “Rio Grande” is born at the entrance of our hamlet. From it the purest of waters pour through our yoga centre, offering bathing facilities whilst surrounded by the wonderful fragrance of mountain flowers.
